Refund & Replacement Policy – ADRaKa Naturals

🌿 Important Note (Please Read)
Due to the nature of our products (food and consumables), we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, especially if the packaging has been opened or tampered with.
This policy exists to ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality for all our customers.
1. No Returns on Opened Packages
❌ We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened packages
- Used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products opened after delivery
Once food packaging is opened, we cannot resell or reuse the product.
2. When We Do Offer a Replacement or Refund
We will gladly assist you if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive the wrong item
- The package is tampered with or leaking at the time of delivery
What to do:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at adrakanaturals@gmail.com
- Share clear photos or videos of:
- Outer package
- Inner packaging
- Product issue
Once verified, we will either:
• Send a replacement, or
• Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- All food and spice products once delivered
- Opened or used packages
- Sale items
- Gift cards
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order a different product, you may place a new order separately.
5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:
- It will be credited to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
- Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control
